About this file
The document is an Intent to Sole Source notice for the United States Marine Corps, detailing a planned procurement of Skyview systems for Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS). The Marine Corps intends to award a sole-source contract to Blue Halo Corp for 84 Skyview systems, including training, initial spares, and sustainment, with a five-year performance period. The contract will be a hybrid Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee/Firm-Fixed-Price type, justified under the statutory authority of unusual and compelling urgency.
Blue Halo, the designer and producer of the Skyview system, will be the sole contractor to provide a small, rugged system capable of detecting, tracking, and identifying small unmanned aircraft to protect Marines. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and past performance data by 1000 local time on 1 April 2025, to Mr. Justin McPherson and Ms. Stasia Baker via email. While responses will be evaluated, the government retains discretion on whether to compete the procurement, and no formal solicitation package is currently available.
