About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the United States Marine Corps (USMC) for an Automated Circuit Card Test System (ACCTS). The USMC is seeking a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) solution that can capture, compare, digitize, and store electronic signatures and values of components, as well as perform various testing capabilities. Key requirements include the ability to perform voltage-current, functional, and inductance-resistance testing, and the system must be compatible with existing USMC test equipment. The ACCTS must also be able to integrate into USMC expeditionary shelters and Navy LHA/LHD Class ship workspaces. Responses to this RFI are due by June 7, 2024, and should include administrative information, details on the proposed ACCTS concept and capabilities, and an estimated purchase price. The Government is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals.

Questions and Answers
Q1: Is Schematic Generation required? Section 1.7 & 1.7.2 refer to it, but Responses Section 2 states it is desired.
A1: This was an oversight on the Government. It is required.
Q2: Can more definition be provided and for what purposes for Section 1.15 Ribbon Cables, Connectors, Leads, and Clips, cables?
A2: All types of cables, connectors, and so on are unknown at this time. These items MUST be multiuse and commonly procure, so units can replace a broken cable from DLA without any difficulties.
Q3: In Responses section 2, required testing methodologies are listed. Is any further information or specifications available for these requirements?
A3: In-Circuit Testing (ICT), to include, but not limited to analog signature analysis (ASA) / voltage – inductance (VI) curve testing.
Q4: What are the maximum dimensions (L x W x H) of the system?
A4: Maximum physical dimensions (Including cabinet) 35” W x 42” D X 36” H.
Q5: Is the Government only seeking existing Off-The-Self solution or is the Government requesting information regarding companies that could offer a custom designed solution.
A5: For the purposes of this RFI, the Government is looking for COTS items only.
