Q1: Will or does the government intend to release a draft PWS/solicitation for potential offerors to review and pose questions against?
A1: No, the government does not intend to release a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS)/solicitation. There will be an opportunity to pose questions against the solicitation once it is released.
Q2: Is N0017819D7981 the current contract number for PM SMS? If not, could you please provide the incumbent contract number?
A2: Yes, N0017819D7981 is the current contract number.
Q3: What date is the Performance Work Statement expected to be released?
A3: The Government does not have a specific release date for the solicitation at this time.
Q4: When is the contract expected to be awarded?
A4: Anticipated award is second quarter of Fiscal Year 24.
Q5: Will there be other places(s) of performance besides the Quantico/Stafford area?
A5: Places of performance include Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA; Camp
Lejeune, NC; Joint Base Charleston, SC; Camp Pendleton, CA; Kaneohe, HI; Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan; Fort Detrick, MD.

A11: At this time, the deadline will remain 26 July 2023.
Q12: Are there specific formatting instructions for this RFI response, such as 12-point font, Times New Roman, etc.?
A12: There are no formatting instructions, however in accordance with the RFI, section 1 is limited to four pages, and section 2 is limited to twenty pages.
