This document provides details on a federal contract opportunity for the Combined Arms Command and Control Trainer Upgrade System. The United States Marine Corps is seeking to upgrade its Combined Arms Staff Trainer through the Combined Arms Command and Control Trainer Upgrade System contract. The upgrade will provide interoperability between the CAST trainer and other Marine Corps Air and Ground Training devices, and will enable fire support training for Marine Air-Ground Task Force elements up to and including the Marine Expeditionary Brigade level. The system is currently deployed at five locations but has not yet achieved Full Operational Capability, and this effort aims to develop further evolutions to the current system baseline and maintain the system through Programmed Depot Source of Supply to obtain Full Operational Capability.
