Regional Contracting Office Northwest (RCO-NW) has been commissioned to establish a multiple award Indefinite

Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract program to support existing and future requirements for the

Communications Directorate (G6). This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued for informational and planning purposes. Information gathered under this RFI will be used as market research to assist in further defining its requirement and determining business participation for Rotary Wing (RW) Services in support of maintenance and repair of hilltop communication towers and future installation of new equipment.

MAGTFTC/MCAGCC/MWTC is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals for this requirement and ***WILL

NOT ENTERTAIN ANY REQUEST FOR NOMINATION TO THE COMMERCIAL AIRLIFT REVIEW

Please note MAGTFTC/MCAGCC/MWTC will not be responsible for any costs incurred by any entity which provides and/or attempts to provide information in response to this RFI. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. The Government may require a range of airlift ground support to augment and enhance airlift operations. The performance area is primarily within the Twentynine Palms and the Johnson Valley area, but also includes some work near Stanislaus National Forest, Bridgeport, California. The contractor is responsible for and must comply with all laws and regulations, and otherwise have or obtain all needed licenses, permits, and certifications, including, but not limited to, those necessary for the carriage of persons or property within the United

This is a MAGTFTC/MCAGCC/MWTC -only use contract. This is not a Government-wide contract. The immediate application of this contract solution will address requirements of the Department of Defense and especially the requirements of the MAGTFTC/MCAGCC/MWTC. The contract, however, may be used to satisfy the needs of any

MAGTFTC/MCAGCC/MWTC client with in-scope requirements. These requirements represent a significant amount of spend that is anticipated to increase over the coming years. The contract is planned to support a 5-year total period of performance.

In support of this effort, the RCO is requesting information from Industry in order to identify potential suppliers and begin the collaboration process with Industry as we progress along the acquisition timeline. We will continuously post updates here at FBO. Thank you for your participation in this exciting endeavor. We very much look forward to hearing from you.
