AMENDMENT 2 QUESTIONS

The purpose of this amendment is to address the following proposed questions:

Question: “HeliStream is currently not DOD approved, what is the process to get the approvals for the company, pilots and aircraft? And what time line are we looking at to get the approvals?”

Answer: Please see https://www.amc.af.mil/About-Us/Fact-Sheets/Display/Article/144030/how-to-become-a-dod-approved-air-carrier/ for details. The time line will depend on the review of the company itself. Approval will not be in time for this requirement.

Question: “On the Schedule attached to the Solicitation items 1 – 5 it list quantity. For ex. Item 02 (Daily availability) it lists quantity 25. Does that mean there will be 25 days of activity in the contract period? Or Item 01 (Mob/Demob) lists quantity of 3. Does that mean there will be only 3 Mob/Demob events in the contract period?”

Answer: Please see amendment number 0001 for details. There will be an anticipated 3 Mob/Demob.

Question: “Since the items 1-4 include all the services, equipment and expenses that I can think of, what would be an example of a Mic. Item?”

Answer: Mileage.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.
