2.1.3. The two corners of the burn rooms and exterior doors shall be reinforced with extra insulation and protection as this is where the Class A material cribs will be placed during various training evolutions.

2.1.4. The floor of the container shall have all combustible materials removed and replaced with a minimum eight

(8) gauge steel plate surface and be covered with concrete pavers.

2.1.5. A method of securing Class A sheeting/panels/wood to the walls and ceiling of the container shall be provided and be capable of holding 4’ x 8’ class A sheeting material up to 1” thick.

2.2.2. 2 ventilation stacks shall be provided in the roof of the Cold Boxes as per the drawing and photo. Vent

/chimney stacks shall be equipped with metal dampers cable operated from both internal and external locations on opposite wall from doorways.

2.2.3. The floor of Cold Boxes shall have all combustible materials removed and replaced with a minimum eight

(8) gauge steel plate surface. Additionally the entire floor of the Cold Boxes shall be covered with concrete pavers.
