The government is seeking non-pneumatic tire carts/trailers that can be towed by a tugger/warehouse tractor to transport materials through a depot or production facility. The carts require torsion axles, manual tie-down winches, a lunette-style tow hitch, and must be able to accommodate up to 5 carts being towed at once on concrete, gravel, dirt, or pavement. The government has provided additional details on the required cart specifications, including weight capacity, deck height, and tow vehicle requirements.
