M67004-24-Q-0049 Q&A
1. SOW 3.2.2 – Can the Government clarify if the requirement for general maintenance support is to be on-site within two (2) hours? Or two (2) days for regularly scheduled maintenance? A two (2) hour on-site response time for regular maintenance is quicker than the four (4) hours mandated for Emergency response to site.
Answer: 2 days for periodic maintenance and 4 hours for emergency responses.
2. Can the Government confirm they are in possession of a copy of the Crestron “control system source code” (which is not password protected, and not to be conflated with the 'machine code' which does have a password).
Answer: The Crestron passwords can be accessed from the current vendor.
3. Can the Government confirm and/or provide As-Built drawing depicting how the existing system is connected?
Answer: There is no drawing available.
4. Can the Government extend the due date to a point 72-96 hours after Government response to questions is received?
Answer: No.
