PROPOSAL ADEQUACY (RESPONSIVENESS) CHECKLIST

Logistics Integrated Support Services Program (LIS) Management and Operational Services SOLICITATION M67004-20-R-0007 TRADE OFF

1. INTRODUCTION. Attachment 5a shall be used to evaluate the offeror’s proposal for responsiveness to the solicitation. The Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Specialist (CS) shall evaluate the offeror’s proposal for responsiveness using the below adequacy checklist prior to submitting the proposal to any Evaluation Team.
