The following have been added by full text:
QUESTIONS
Question 1: Who is involved in the decision to use and purchase this software?
Answer: End User and IT department.
Question 2: What sort of work are you trying to do with Promis.e?
Answer: Page 4 of Solicitation. In support of maintaining electrical and schematic drawings originally created using this software package.
Question 3: How soon do you need this license up and working for your business? ASAP, or getting a quote for work in a few months?
Answer: As soon as practical available after award of Contract.
Question 4: How many users will you have?
Answer: 1 License/User
Question 5: Could you please clarify whether you require new license keys or if this is for ongoing support of existing software?
Answer: New Requirement – Currently no License Key
Question 6: Additionally, we need to confirm if our company is intended to be the point of contact and owner of the software, or if another entity should be designated for this role.
Answer: The Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) should be designated as the POC.
Question 7: The software company has indicated that the software key is not currently in the government's name, and we need to understand if we are expected to manage this on behalf of the government or if there are different instructions.
Answer: The government does not currently have a Promis.e license however the new key will be issued in the governments name not the third party provider.

SOLICITATION/CONTRACT FORM
The required response date/time has changed from 22-Jul-2024 12:00 PM to 26-Jul-2024 12:00 PM.
The following have been modified:
ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1
SUBMISSION OF QUOTES.
1. The vendor is responsible for ensuring that quotes are received in the Contracting Office no later than 12:00 P.M. (EDT) on 26 July 2024 as indicated on page one (1) of this solicitation. Failure of vendor’s quote to be received prior to the hour and date specified may result in rejection of the quote.
1. Quotes shall be submitted electronically via e-mail to jamie.l.johnston@usmc.mil
1. RFQ Number M6700124Q1130 must be clearly shown in the subject line.
2) INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF QUOTES: The vendor shall submit the following as part of their quote:
a) Information that demonstrates the vendor’s ability to provide the services/supplies in accordance with the requirements of the Performance Work Statement by the required delivery date.
b) Quoted firm-fixed price for each line item shown – for completion of all supplies/services in accordance with the requirements of the Performance Work Statement.
c) Vendor must include unit price and total amount for each line item. Vendor shall quote FOB Destination pricing.
1. Completed SF1449 to include:
i) Signed/completed page 1 (Blocks 17 and 30)
ii) Completed Representations and Certifications: The following representations and certifications must be completed and returned as part of the vendor’s quote
FAR 52.212-3 (Note that vendor is only required to complete paragraph (b) if they have not completed annual representations and certifications via the System for Award Management (SAM) website.)
