The following have been added by full text:

QUESTION

1. Can USMC accept a site visit/survey of the HVAC eqiupment under this solicitation?

A. There will be no site visit.

2. Can USMC extend bid due date after site visit?

A. There will be no site visit. The USMC will extend the solicitation due date due to questions received.

3. If not, can USMC provide the following for the CCL, HCL, CCLG, OL & DWDC HVAC systems?

CCL – 12ea. Separate chill water closed loops, can you provide current treatment levels in ppm? Nitrate levels between 400-800 HCL – 15ea. Separate hot water closed loops, can you provide current treatment levels in ppm? Nitrate levels between 400-800 CCLG – 7ea. Separate chill water closed loops, can you provide current treatments levels in ppm? Nitrate levels between 400-800 OL – 20ea. Separate open loop/cooling towers, can you provide operation during the year, if any of the cooling towers are drained during the months of December-March, load of each colling tower and annual water make-up for each cooling tower? None of these towers are drained.

OL at building site 4930-OL 1, can you provide us the grey water composition? Just rain water Conductivity, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, total hardness & silica? LSI index to maintain levels based on incoming water quality.

DWDC – 4ea. Separate downdraft water filtration dust collector, can you provide an operation manual for these system? Manuals are not available Rain Water Collection, can you provide an operations manual for this system? Manuals are not available Please advise current chemical used and the annual gallons of chemicals consumed? This is based on system size.
