Synopsis – M6700120Q0012
Marine Corps Installations East Contracting Office has a requirement for the Telephone Information System
Directorate (TISD) at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, N.C. for Nortel and Avaya Base Telephone services.
The Government will solicit (M6700120Q0012) and award this contract using FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the Best Value to the
Government. Award will be issued on a firm-fixed purchase order on an all or none basis.
This Brand Name requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis.
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811213, Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance, business size standard is $12.0 million The Request for
Quotation (RFQ) documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisitions
Circular 2020-04, effective 15 January 2020 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20200114, effective 14 January
2020.
Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation will be available for download via the electronic data interchange at beta.SAM.gov, on or about 20 February 2020. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must have a current registration, at the time of submitting a proposal, in the System For Award
Management (SAM) database, http://www.sam.gov/. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered.
The Government is not responsible for cost incurred by interested parties in response to the Synopsis or RFQ.
