STATEMENT OF WORK
The Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center needs to conduct off-site ski training at a location with lodging and conference room/classroom facilities. MWTC’s requirement is as follows:
Ski Season Passes
The Government’s intent is to minimize training costs. To meet that intent, the Government is requesting Season Passes that meet the following criteria:
Passes shall be valid from 3 December 2012 to 26 April 2013.
Passes shall be transferable-any government personnel must be able to use any pass.
Passes shall be unrestricted-there shall be no blackout dates.
Passes will be picked up on the check-in date of the first course (see date below).
Lodging Lodging shall be “Ski-in/Ski-out”. Lodging is needed as follows:
-Check-in: 3 Dec 2012. Check-out: 7 Dec 2012 (4 nights). Number of personnel: 40 (20 Rooms).
-Check-in: 16 Dec 2012. Check-out: 20 Dec 2012 (4 nights). Number of personnel: 40 (20 Rooms).
-Check-in: 14 Jan 2013. Check-out: 18 Jan 2013 (4 nights). Number of personnel: 20 (10 Rooms).
-Check-in: 28 Jan 2013. Check-out: 1 Feb 2013 (4 nights). Number of personnel: 54 (27 Rooms).
-Check-in: 18 Mar 2013. Check-out: 22 Mar 2013 (4 nights). Number of personnel: 54 (27 Rooms).
-Check-in: 22 Apr 2013. Check-out: 26 Apr 2013 (4 nights). Number of personnel: 40 (20 Rooms).
Pricing for lodging shall be based on double occupancy (2 personnel per room). Quoted prices must reflect this requirement. Pricing must be quoted as a lot (or lump sum) along with Conference Room pricing. Each block of dates must be quoted separately as reflected on the RFQ CLIN breakdown.
Conference Room/Classroom
In addition to lodging, the contractor shall provide adequate Conference Room/Classroom space for each block of dates and for the number of personnel specified above. Conference Room/Classroom space is not required on the check-out date. Pricing must be quoted as a lot (or lump sum) along with Lodging pricing. Each block of dates must be quoted separately as reflected on the RFQ CLIN breakdown.
Check-In/Check-Out Contractor’s check-in/check-out procedures will be followed, except that only one member of the group shall be required to sign for all the rooms. This person will be identified at the time of contract award, or prior to the check-in date in case there is a change.
Invoicing Invoicing will be done separately for each CLIN at the end of the Period of Performance.
