Questions
Answers
1
Can the cooling capacity BTU be a combination of 5,000, 6,000, 7,000 or 8,000? Or is your preferred cooling capacity BTU 8,000 for all 6,759?
Yes, any combination of products may be offered as long as they confrom to the salient characteristics. The BTU range is 5,000 to 8,000 BTU (SACC) according to the salient characteristics.
2
Are we able to purchase different brand names if your minimum requirements are met?
Yes. Any combination of products may be offered as long as they confrom to the salient characteristics.
3
The delivery addresses provided, when put in Google Maps, don't take me to a specific building. Although I'm sure the delivery service could figure it out, I like to have all my bases covered; so is there any other resource I could use to identify specific delivery-buildings?
Specific addresses will be provided at time of contract award. Please use ZIP code 92055 to estimate freight costs.
4
Is 8,000 BTU the maximum capacity?
Yes. 8,000 BTU (SACC) is the maximum.
5
Can the BTU be a 10,000 BTU or a 12,000 BTU to meet your requirements of "Current Draw: 10.4 A (Maximum)"?
No. The specified BTU range of 5,000-8,000 is required to ensure efficient cooling for a 250 sq. ft. area while maintaining the 10.4 A maximum current draw. Units with higher BTUs, such as 10,000 or 12,000, may exceed the necessary cooling capacity and result in inefficiencies. Therefore, they would not meet the requirements.
