32ESI
QUESTION (2): What is the total count of PIV Class RPK 40 Readers across all Buildings? 18 total
QUESTION (3): The PWS only has (35) Dome Cameras listed, but there are (6) switches w/ 272 ports. Do the (35) Vivotek cameras listed in PWS represent ALL existing cameras? Three switches are for camera use and the others are for computer access to the system (the rest of the ports are for possible expansion). There are a total of 35 cameras installed and connected to the switches.
QUESTION (4): How many ports across the (6) switches are currently utilized? How many are available? The total varies by switch but can be from 15 to 25 ports available.
QUESTION (5): What version of Lenel OnGuard is being used? Version 7.6. We were not able to get the latest version because the contract ran out.
QUESTION (6): Does the customer have a historical call volume by rou ne and emergency calls? Aside from updates and PMs preformed, in the 19 years that I’ve here we have only had less than 5 emergency calls. As for rou ne calls, it ranges from 2 to 4 per year (badge reader goes down, camera not func oning properly, door strike/BMS adjustments).
