The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement to provide High Altitude High Opening (HAHO) Progression and

Sustainment Training Support. The period of performance is expected to be 7 December 2023 through 6 December 2028.

The procurement will be a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract.

This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via www.sam.gov on or around 7 November 2023.

This is not a request for quotations.

This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract.

This requirement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Product Service Code (PSC) will be U099 (Education/Training- Other)The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this project is 481219 (Other Nonscheduled Air Transportation) with a size standard of $25.0M.

In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Information on registering in SAM may be obtained by calling (866) 606-8220 or via the internet at http://www.sam.gov.
