2 Section 1.1 of the PWS references MCO 510.19F, which is out of date. Please confirm that this curriculum uses the current MCO 5100.29C.

3 PWS Section 1.1 - Will all attendees be required to be current motorcycle riders?

Yes, attendees are required to be current motorcycle riders.

4 PWS Section 3.2 – What is considered a timely manner for providing the final curriculum?

A timely manner for the final curriculum being provided will be 1 week prior to the start of class.

5 How many days after contract award will the expected start date be?

After the contract has been awarded the expected start date would be a month later.

6 PWS Section 3.3 – Please clarify whether the PWS requires a total of 4 events per year occurring once per quarter or if the intention is a total of 16 event per year occurring once per quarter at each of the training locations.

There will be a total of 6 events a year, each event being (2) individual 8-hour courses that will be back-to-back days. This would be 2 events for MCAS Miramar, 2 for MCB Pendleton, and 2 for MCAS Yuma. It would be a total of 12 days of comprehensive courses.

7 PWS Section 5.0 states “A typical training day shall take 1 workday for students to complete” – Mentorship training usually occurs over a minimum of 2 days. Is this requiring that the curriculum fit into a one-day training?

Yes, the curriculum fits into one-day of training and meets the requirement of 3D MAW for making qualified Mentors.
