About this file
This document is a Question and Answer (Q&A) file for a Request for Quote (RFQ) M0031825Q0027 for Airshow Traffic Management Planning and Execution at Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH). The RFQ is open to all small businesses registered in SAM.gov under NAICS 561320, with parking limited to on-base locations excluding housing areas and the flightline show area. The event is expected to involve over 50,000 vehicles per day, with 30-40 staff and volunteers potentially assigned, and will require a parking plan to be submitted within 14 days of contract award.
Key details include shuttle bus route recommendations per the Performance Work Statement (PWS), no established budget cap, and an expectation for vendors to submit a Firm Fixed Price proposal. The Q&A includes clarification on parking restrictions, mapped in red, and indicates that an on-site visit will be organized after contract award. Quotes are due by 4:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time on 16 May 2025, to be submitted electronically to Sergeant Eduard Gonzalez, with all questions about the RFQ to be submitted by 4:00 p.m. HST on 2 May 2025.
