M00318-22-Q-0009 Questions and Answers Q: How many permanent toilet, handwash stations, VIP, and ADA units will be needed?

A: Currently Marine Corps Base Hawaii has the following permanent toilets, handwash stations, VIP, and ADA units: (948) monthly toilets, (84) monthly handwash stations, and 2x a weeks servicing for all units totalling (4,472).

Q: How many are on standby?

A: No standby toilets, handwash stations, VIP, and ADA units. The contractor will provide the required quantities per individual task order.

Q: How much is the dumping fee on base?

A: Marine Corps Base Hawaii can not support dumping on base. Please coordinate with Naval Facilities aboard Pearl Harbor for dumping specifications.

Q: In reference to 4.1.16 and 4.1.17, does the contractor have 4 hours or 24 hours to respond for emergency relocation or emergency pickup/delivery?

A: In accordance with the PWS, the contractor has (24) hours to respond to emergency relocation or emergency pickup/delivery stated within paragraphs 4.1.16 and 4.1.17.

Q: When are these units needed and how long will they be needed for?

A: The specific quantity and length units are required throught the base and option years is not know. Units are required as requiring activities needs arise.
