Salient Characteristics
The Contractor shall provide a web-based Public Relations services that has the following capabilities:
Execute customizable searches on a comprehensive and continuously updated list of media outlets and journalists to include topics and subject matter as well as contact information
Compile and build customizable lists of media outlets and journalists that includes contact information
Provide real-time on-demand coverage monitoring and measurement on unlimited key words
Provide insights and audience demographics on Marine Band coverage Export coverage reports with URLs, media outlets and analytics Distribute press releases and pitches
The Contractor shall provide training on the use of the web-based software to include both a single session with a training expert (web-based/telephone/on-site) and access to online self-help training (webinars, white papers, tip sheets, etc.).
The Contractor shall provide access to the web-based software for at least two concurrent users.
The Contractor shall provide troubleshooting and other consultative services to users.
Customer service representatives must be available by phone or live chat 7 days a week.
The Contractor shall provide access for at least two concurrent users.
The Contractor shall provide the following deliverables:
