About this file
This document contains a request for quote for a social network site discovery, reporting, and removal solution. The United States Marine Corps seeks a commercial off-the-shelf automated capability to conduct effective and efficient discovery, reporting, and removal of imposter social media accounts across multiple social media platforms. The solution should provide dashboard interfaces with profile filtering, risk ratings of discovered profiles, identification of malicious links, and processes for removal and remediation of fraudulent accounts and malware. Vendors must demonstrate the ability to support search by name and remove accounts as approved. Consideration will be given to proposals that can add unsupported platforms within 45 days of award. The contract will be a firm fixed price for a base year plus four option years. The Marine Corps intends to obtain between one and ten subscriptions or licenses under this requirement.
