VENDOR QUESTIONS
1. Line item pricing. Please confirm that you are requesting line item pricing on both worksheets in Attachment A Master TDME List 2020.
Yes, we can confirm to include pricing on both worksheets.
2. Price changes. Is it acceptable to add columns to Attachment A with the annual pricing for contract years 2020-2025 in our proposal?
Yes, this is acceptable.
3. CNR. In column F, rows 75-98 of the Mechanics Tool worksheet "CNR" is listed as the calibration Due Date. Please define CNR (e.g., Calibration Not Required?). We plan to provide pricing for this TDME unless advised otherwise.
Yes CNR stands for Calibration Not Required. We are required to put CNR stickers on equipment and or tool that do not require calibration for inspection purposes, no price required.
4. Onsite service delivery. The solicitation requests as much work be performed onsite as practical. For cost efficiency we plan to recommend two onsite events per year with pickup and delivery for those instruments not serviced onsite during the onsite events. It may be beneficial for your customer to align the calibration due dates for most of the TDME with the onsite events.
This should be workable, please provide your best solution to the RFQ.
5. Calibration Level. Please confirm our interpretation of the calibration service level requirement as ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 with Full Data (Before and After Data) is correct.
Yes, this is correct.
