QUESTIONS

Licensing Lifecycle Management System
1. 3.6 Product Authentication and Activation (security hangtag and label)
a. Does the TMLO have preferred sizes for the security hangtag and label?
Answer: Currently our labels come in .5x.5 inches, .32x.32 inches and the tags are approximately 2 ½ inches by 3 inches.
b. The RFQ does not have a separate section to input pricing for the security hangtag and label. How should we input this information into our response? We know that TMLO will not be obligated to purchase the hangtags and labels, which will be the responsibility of their licensees. Will the prices of the hangtag and labels be included in the Evaluation of the RFQ response?
Answer: Yes, we will weigh the cost of hang tags and labels that will be passed on to our licensing partners. Please include your standard hologram, label price points.
c. To provide an accurate price for the security hangtag and label, is it possible to get an estimate of the annual volume for each product (hangtag and label)?
Answer: Historically our licensees order an upward of 3.5 million security labels annually.
