QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Questions and Answers : For M00264-15-R-1043- Amendment 0001
A.) Can the due date be extended until Friday, August 21 or Monday, August 24 (preferred)? This time of year with vacations and such, that's not much time to complete the bid especially with the FedEx requirement. All managers in my company are in week long, annual meeting in Texas this week.
Answer: Based on the priority requirement to award this contract at the designated time, the Government cannot extend this requirement.
B.) I think that Attachment 1-Price List is missing. If we are to complete info, can it be emailed as an Excel file?
Answer: Corrected and updated in Amendment 0001
C.) Can you email a copy of Attachment 3-- Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) as a Word document that I can type-in and then email to my contacts to complete? CS sent the PPQ in a Word document last year. I still have it if that can be used (it's not identical to this year's, but it's close)
Answer: Provided in Amendment 0001
D.) Are you looking for a fixed price quote? If yes, I can offer a fixed price that can be held for one year. Following this the price would be reviewed on an annual basis. If yes, on the fixed price for (5) years, I would need to offer a different price for each year.
Answer: Please review the solicitation in it’s entirety.
E.) Can we offer a fixed markup plus a terminal cost that will fluctuate monthly instead of a fixed price?
Answer: Please review the solicitation in it’s entirety.
F.) Will the contract include the EPA clause?
Answer: No.
G.) The text bid needs to be sent in a 3-ring binder. Is that correct?
Answer: Please review the solicitation in it’s entirety.
H.) My form is a small business (under 500 employees). The BPA solicitation for Quantico indicates “unrestricted” but also indicates 500 employees.
Answer: Please note this 500 employee Size standard was put in inadvertently has been removed and requirement is still” Unrestricted.”
I.) Does this mean its unrestricted to any company that has 500 or fewer employees?
Answer: Please note this 500 employee Size standard was put in inadvertently has been removed and requirement is still” Unrestricted.”
