About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract solicitation M00263-26-Q-R003, addressing industry inquiries regarding a branded furniture procurement for recruiting station locations.
The solicitation requires suppliers to provide an L-shaped height-adjustable desk with reversible left/right returns, a lounge sofa, and workstations equipped with monitor arms. Physical furniture samples must be submitted with initial quote submissions to delivery locations specified in Section L 4.2.2.1(b)(iii). Finish compliance will be evaluated using physical product samples, with equivalent finishes acceptable if they meet Performance Work Statement requirements. The quantities provided in the solicitation represent maximum contract quantities, with delivery locations listed in the Delivery Locations (A6) workbook, which includes multiple recruiting station locations across the continental United States. Monitor arms must be supplied with workstations; keyboard trays are optional at the government's discretion; and power and USB outlets may be separate attachments rather than integrated into desks. Installation will occur during normal business hours at each recruiting station independently, with no requirement for military base access. The awarded pricing structure will apply to all locations, including those added during contract performance. For warranty resolution, manufacturing lead times for replacement products are not included in the required timeframe. Disposal of materials must occur at DLA Disposition Services locations to ensure proper destruction or recycling of ballistic materials, with historical disposal occurring less than five times in the past decade. Orders may be issued through delivery orders or government purchase cards, as detailed in Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses 52.216-18 and -19. Evaluation criteria are outlined in Section M of the solicitation.
