About this file

This is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for federal contract opportunity M00263-26-Q-D022 regarding the procurement of televisions, TV wall mounts, and installation services.

The scope of work involves installing televisions across 15 buildings: 13 buildings with 6 squad bays each across 3 floors, and 2 buildings with 4 squad bays each across 2 floors. The vendor is responsible for providing and installing the televisions and wall mounts only. Televisions must be mounted on the top half of 9-10 foot walls on interior brick and drywall (wood stud) surfaces. The vendor is not responsible for electrical work, low-voltage cabling installation, network connections, removal of existing equipment, drywall patching, painting, wall blocking, or testing and commissioning. Surface-mounted raceway is acceptable for wiring where in-wall installation is not feasible. Work must be completed according to a phased schedule provided for each building, with hours restricted to 0800-1600. Contractor personnel must comply with base security requirements and background checks as provided by the awardee. Travel, lodging, per diem, and mobilization costs must be included in CLIN 0003. Only manufacturer's standard warranty is required for the televisions and wall mounts. No site visit is available prior to proposal submission, and no project-specific closeout documentation is required.
