About this file
This is a Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items (SF 1449) for a Legal Talent Subscription service for the 12th Marine Corps District. The solicitation (M0026325Q1017) is a Request for Quote (RFQ) using simplified acquisition procedures, with a full and open competition under NAICS code 561312 and a $34 million size standard. The contract is for a 12-month subscription platform to help the Marine Corps source, screen, and present qualified bar-certified attorneys, with performance periods from July 2025 to June 2026.
Key requirements include establishing a digital platform to advertise legal positions exclusively to bar-certified lawyers, screening applicants based on specific criteria (bar certification, LSAT score, U.S. citizenship), and providing a minimum of 3 qualified candidates per month. The contractor must maintain 5 unique job postings and 15 user accounts for Marine Corps personnel. The solicitation closes on 2 July 2025 at 10:00 AM EST, with award anticipated as a Firm Fixed Price contract. Evaluation will be based on price, meeting solicitation requirements, and past performance, with the government conducting a comparative assessment of the lowest-priced acceptable quotations.
