About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a cubicle wall replacement project. The solicitation (M0026325Q0046) has been amended to extend the response date from 16-Sep-2025 to 18-Sep-2025, with clarifications added to address vendor questions. The project involves procuring and installing new cubicle walls that must accommodate existing AIS Divi furniture, with panel heights between 65-82 inches (optimally 82 inches). Key details include that base personnel will handle electrical/data disconnects and reconnects, no whiteboards or tackboards are required, and there are no SIPR or NIPR requirements associated with the project.

The amendment provides specific guidance about the cubicle wall replacement, confirming that the current furniture will be moved and replaced after the new walls are erected. Vendors are instructed that the new cubicle walls must be compatible with the existing AIS Divi furniture, and while the same manufacturer is not mandatory, the new panels must fit the current workstations. The solicitation is issued by the Regional Contracting Office located in Parris Island, SC, with the modification dated 11-Sep-2025.
