About this file

This document contains questions and answers regarding Request for Proposal M00263-20-R-0002 from the United States Marine Corps for lodging facility services to support a Poolee Recruit Orientation and Motivation program at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island in South Carolina. The key details are that the RFP seeks lodging and meal services for up to 150 Marine Corps Poolee recruits per week starting on July 19, 2020. The RFP requires vendors to submit a quality control plan with their proposal and sign block 12, 17, 30a, 30b, and 30c of the SF1449 form. While the facility must be able to house and feed up to 150 recruits per week, the exact numbers will be provided weekly by the contracting officer representative. Meals do not necessarily need to be boxed and delivered to each room. Vendors from over 100 miles away can still submit proposals but may not meet the place of performance requirements. This opportunity is unrestricted and open to all vendors.
