LOT A Discount.pdf

This is a Statewide Contract price list for the State of Wisconsin for printing grades of paper, effective July 1, 2026. The contract is awarded to three vendors: Millcraft Paper (primary vendor for contract 505ENT-M27-PRINTPAPER-01), Midland (primary vendor for contract 505ENT-M27-PRINTPAPER-02), and Veritiv (secondary vendor for contract 505ENT-M27-PRINTPAPER-03).

The contract covers two product categories: LOT A1 (Uncoated Paper) and LOT A2 (Coated Paper). Pricing is structured as percentage discounts off each vendor's best bracket list price. For uncoated paper, Millcraft offers a 39% discount, Midland offers 34%, and Veritiv offers 40%. For coated paper, Millcraft offers a 49% discount, Midland offers 36%, and Veritiv offers 40%. A notable limitation applies to Veritiv: the vendor does not break cartons, making it the last option for orders requiring less than full carton quantities.
