This document is a Limitations on Subcontracting (LOS) Certification for a solicitation related to Legionella water testing services at the VA Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. The solicitation (Number 36C248-25-Q-0377) requires offerors to certify their compliance with 13 C.F.R. 125.6 regarding subcontractor usage, with two potential certification options: either no subcontractors are anticipated, or the prime contractor and similarly situated subcontractors are estimated to perform at least 50% of the contract's value. The document includes a strong warning about potential severe penalties for violating subcontracting rules, including fines up to $500,000 or the amount spent in excess of permitted subcontracting levels, and potential debarment from government contracts.
