Lodging Requirements: The contractor must provide temporary lodging for 20 Coast Guard personnel within a 25-mile radius of Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) in North Charleston, South Carolina. The requirement includes eight single-occupancy rooms and 12 double-occupancy rooms (with permanent beds only—no pull-out sofas or cots). Lodging runs from 01 July 2026 through 01 November 2026, totaling 123 nights. Facilities may be divided between no more than two physical locations, with at least half of single-occupancy rooms at each location.

Facility Standards: All lodging must meet the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990 and be listed on the Hotel-Motel Master List. Facilities must maintain a minimum three-star Forbes (formerly Mobil) Travel Guide or three-diamond AAA rating. Required amenities include full indoor laundry with 24/7 guest access, on-site or nearby fitness facilities, internet in all rooms, weekly maid service with daily trash removal, full baths, kitchenettes (refrigerator with freezer, cook-top with two burners, conventional oven or microwave, kitchen sink, dry food pantry, and dining table with chairs), personal safes, iron and ironing boards, and continental breakfast. Room access must be through locked interior hallways accessible only to key-holding guests, with a 24/7 front desk attendant and lobby. The contractor must reserve and light 20 video-monitored, marked parking spaces at no cost to the government.

Laundry Service: The contractor provides wash-and-fold laundry services once weekly for 20 personnel over 123 days, with each person receiving one large mesh laundry bag (24"x36" with ID tag). Assuming 10 pounds of laundry per person weekly, the contractor picks up soiled laundry and delivers folded clean laundry back to the lodging facility, with pickup and delivery frequency agreed upon with the Contracting Officer's Representative.
