The document outlines specific site-specific details such as the facility's remote location (90 miles southwest of Salt Lake City), a four-day work week (Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM), and observed federal holidays. For contractors using hazardous materials, there are additional requirements to participate in DPG's hazardous materials management program, including using the Enterprise Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health - Management Information System (EESOH-MIS), completing training, and providing necessary documentation like Safety Data Sheets.
