About this file

This document is a Memorandum for Record - Limiting Competition at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold for a COVID-19 related requirement. Fort Drum intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority for informational display signs to provide incoming Soldiers with contact information upon arrival to Fort Drum. The intended period of performance is a base year from September 2024 to June 2025, with four one-year option years. The total estimated value is $57,600. The justification cites FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) as the authority, noting the Syracuse Airport is the only location that can display the required information. The Contracting Officer certifies the price will be fair and reasonable. This is not a request for competitive quotations, and no solicitation will be issued.
