About this file

This document is a Limited Sources Justification and Approval (J&A) for a firm-fixed price order under the FEDLINK subscription services contract to procure Gartner Subscriptions Services for the Space Systems Command (SSC).

The procurement is for subscription-based research and advisory services to support SSC's strategic enterprise planning, human capital planning, and alignment with United States Space Force mission objectives. Gartner, Inc. is the sole source provider identified as capable of meeting SSC's requirements, which include information technology research, benchmarking databases, topic-focused meetings and webinars, document review, and research support. Market research determined Gartner's pricing is competitive, and there are no other vendors on the FEDLINK contract that can provide the unique and specialized services needed. The period of performance is 12 months and will be funded with SSC O&M appropriations.
