About this file
The document is a Quick Quote solicitation from Collier County, Florida, specifically for the Library Division Audio & Visual Equipment Upgrades project. The solicitation covers two primary upgrade initiatives: a projector and lens replacement at the Headquarters Regional Library and a conference room sound system upgrade at the Naples Regional Library. The project was released on February 13, 2025, with a question submission deadline of February 27, 2025, and a response submission deadline of March 4, 2025. Vendors are required to submit quotes online through the Collier County Procurement Services Division Online Bidding System. The project is structured as a one-time purchase with firm pricing for the duration of the purchase order.
The pricing proposal includes two line items: a lump sum for the projector and lens replacement, and a separate lump sum for the conference room sound system upgrade. The scope of work details specific technical requirements for each upgrade, including projector specifications like resolution, brightness, and connectivity, and sound system requirements such as speaker placement, audio clarity, and compatibility with existing systems. Vendors must also provide evidence of insurance, E-Verify registration, Florida state registration, and a W-9 form. The county will select the responsive vendor with the lowest quote, with a focus on future-proofing equipment, warranty support, and minimal system reconfiguration.
