About this file
This Letters of Inquiry Addendum 1 is for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) IFB Number C5612609-D for Canteen Chips. The document addresses three key inquiries regarding the bid submission process and product requirements. The bid submission deadline has been extended from January 3, 2025, to January 10, 2025, with the public bid opening now scheduled for January 14, 2025, in response to concerns about the holiday season timeline.
The addendum clarifies that bidders must provide all five required chip flavors, with additional lines available for optional flavors that must be maintained throughout the contract term. A significant pricing requirement stipulates that all chip flavors must be priced identically, regardless of variety.
