3) Within emails dated 13 April 2018 and 6 May 2018 Oshkosh Defense, LLC (Oshkosh) asserted to the Government that Oshkosh is willing to revise the existing contract to increase available options based on the pricing defined within Attachment 0060 Option Pricing Matrix of the subject contract for vehicles, kits, Interim Contractor Support (ICS) and Total Package Fielding (TPF).

This PCO Letter formally requests Oshkosh to review and confirm Oshkosh is willing to revise the existing contract to increase available options utilizing the pricing defined within Attachment 0060 (Option Pricing Matrix) of the subject contract for all of the defined option quantity increases cited within Section 1 of this PCO Letter and to provide confirmation that no other additional increase in funding under the subject contract is required to execute the modification. · As part of this requirement Oshkosh shall provide supporting documentation for 80% of the proposed added material cost and 80% of the proposed deleted material cost, if applicable. The Government requests that Oshkosh deliver the material pricing support documentation no later than 5 business days after the initial proposal submission date. If this is a negotiated acquisition, the subcontracting plan may be negotiated along with the cost, technical, and managerial features of Oshkosh's proposal. In view of this Congressional mandate, large businesses shall provide specific explanation as a part of any written subcontracting plan furnished in response to this solicitation/contract that identifies a goal for subcontracting to small disadvantaged business concerns that, in the aggregate, amounts to less than five percent of the proposal's total subcontracting dollars.

· Oshkosh shall submit with its proposal the Period of Performance in support of any proposed System Engineering / Program Management (SEPM) and Integrated Product Support (IPS) efforts.

5) This request for proposal is subject to the availability of funds. It in no way constitutes Government authorization or direction to perform any work not currently covered by a contractual instrument, nor does it commit the Government to reimburse Oshkosh for any costs incurred in support of any effort not currently on contract.
