About this file
This document is a sole source letter from LEGO Education United States dated 13 March 2024, addressed to potential educational procurement entities. The letter confirms LEGO Education United States as the exclusive distributor of specific LEGO Education products for classroom use from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12, and the sole provider of LEGO Education Academic Professional Development trainings and e-Learning modules in the United States. The comprehensive appendix lists multiple educational product lines including STEAM Park, Coding Express, Creative LEGO Brick Sets, StoryTales, SPIKE Essential and Prime Sets, BricQ Motion Sets, and sets associated with FIRST LEGO League, each with corresponding product numbers.
The letter serves as an official authorization document detailing LEGO Education's exclusive distribution rights for educational product lines, with a specific focus on classroom-oriented LEGO sets designed for educational purposes. The document provides contact information (800-362-4308 and Orders@LEGOeducation.us) for potential customers or procurement officials seeking additional information about the authorized product lines. While the document appears connected to a potential Florida state and local contract opportunity for robot kits and classroom materials for AP computer science courses, the letter itself is a general authorization statement rather than a specific contract proposal or bid response.
