About this file
This is an attachment to a Performance Work Statement that documents bug fix examples for the Light Electronic Action Framework (LEAF) system. The document lists seven identified defects with detailed descriptions, reproduction steps, and technical context for each issue. These examples represent the types of bugs and system improvements that contractors should be prepared to address under the recompete contract.
The bug fixes span multiple functional areas of the LEAF application, including form history navigation (unnecessary Next Page button), employee search functionality in nexus groups, site recommissioning failures, orphaned workflow step module references, currency input validation allowing excessive decimal places, workflow editor user interface labeling improvements, and agent synchronization errors with write access conflicts. Each ticket includes specific reproduction steps and technical details necessary for understanding the scope of maintenance and support work required. This attachment serves as illustrative material to help potential vendors understand the complexity and nature of defects they may encounter when supporting the LEAF system for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

· This incident ticket revealed a situation where trying to add an employee to a group is not allowed because the option that allows you to search for employees is missing.
Recommissioned LEAF sites are not working properly (LEAF-6330)
· When recommissioning a LEAF site the site is not being put back into proper working order. The status shows as "Site is Online" but the link to the site returns a "Site cannot be found" error message. this needs to be corrected on the Server-Side. · It was found out that when a question is linked to a workflow step and that step is later deleted that the reference to it in the step_modules table does not get deleted. This reference will prevent its archive or deletion.
· Steps to reproduce
· Setup, have a form with questions and a workflow associated with that form
1. in the form create a new question
2. in the workflow create a new step that can be deleted.
3. open the step and select the question you created in step 1 for the options -> link form fields

5. attempt to archive or delete the question on the form.
Default Answer for Currency Input allows more than 2 digits after the decimal (LEAF-6262)

Workflow Editor Form Field Input UX improvements (LEAF-6113)
· Context: When a user selects a step in the workflow editor then the system displays a dropdown labeled as "Inlined Form Field". "Inlined Form Field" is a confusing label. Want to update the label to something that is intuitive to the user.
· The scope of this ticket includes the following items:
· Update the label to Link Form Fields
· Include a banner to explain the label
· Update the option list to be grouped by form to improve the format.
· Steps To Reproduce:
1. Select admin
2. Select Workflow editor
3. Select a workflow
4. Select a step in the work flow (a yellow step)
5. Select a dropdown.
6. The system displays a dropdown labeled as "Inlined Form Field." This will be updated to Link Form Fields
Agent sync (LEAF-5698)
· I've not been able to replicate this in any other environment. On the test site in the prod environment, the issue manifests as this user-facing error: SYSTEM: Failed to update record: "No write access (data field)". It's apparent that the update function is being called twice. While the second one is expected to fail, the write action would normally not be executed since it should be waiting for the first action to complete.
