LCS-26_ AFFF Hoses.xlsx

The file is an Excel spreadsheet detailing maintenance work orders for fire hose reel assemblies on the USS Mobile (LCS-26). The document lists 24 separate hose reel assemblies (numbered 1-24) that require two primary maintenance tasks: hydrostatic testing and visual inspection. Each work order follows a consistent pattern with specific attributes including work type (PM - Preventive Maintenance), work center (ER09), job plan (F3SJ/F3SC), and a 36-month periodicity for hydrostatic testing and a shorter interval for visual inspections.

The associated federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation for PMAV (Planned Maintenance) Packages for the USS Mobile (LCS-26), issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command. The maintenance work involves systematic inspection and testing of fire hose reel assemblies across multiple ship locations, ensuring equipment readiness and safety through structured preventive maintenance protocols. Each work order is precisely coded with location identifiers, asset descriptions, and specific maintenance requirements, indicating a comprehensive and standardized approach to maritime equipment maintenance.
