RFQ LAKE170936 – Quarterly Sampling of Wells Questions and Answers (Q&A)

Q1. Do you have the total depths of each of the wells?

A1. The depth of each well is as follows:

Echo Bay: 42ft Las Vegas Bay: 200ft Cottonwood Cove: 160ft

Q2. Does the purge water have to be contained or can it be discharged to the ground surface?

A2. Purge water can be applied to surface.

Q3. Which wells are 2” diameter and which are 4” diameter?

A3. Please plan to service both size wells.

Q4. The desired format of the response is not clear. Please advise on what format our response should be in (a form of yours, our company’s regular proposal format, etc.).

A4. Vendors may provide a quote via company memo or, SF 1449, with each year’s quoted amount broken down.

Q5. [Is] there was a certain preferred format such as on a SF 1449, through a company memo, or just via email message. Is there also any additional information you'd like such as statement of qualifications, company background, reps and certs, etc.?

A5. Vendors may provide a quote via company memo or, SF 1449, with each year’s quoted amount broken down by clin.

Q6. Where is the government’s laboratory located? (A6 & 7)

Q7. What are the laboratory hours? (A6 & 7)

A6 & A7. Analysis must be submitted to a NV State certified lab.

Q8. Is this a new requirement? If so what is the previous contract value?

A8. This is not a new requirement. The previous contract was awarded for $33,076.14 for a period of performance of 66 months (base+4 years with a 6-month extension).

Q9. Can all work be performed, reviewed and signed under a Nevada Licensed Engineer or is there additional licensing required for this work to be performed under.

A9. No additional licensing is required.
