About this file
This document is a labor categories specification for the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA) Force Projection Directorate, detailing four specific labor categories with detailed role descriptions. The labor categories include Procurement Specialist II, Logistics Analyst II/III/IV (ranging from 4-6 years of experience), and Administrative Support Level II/III, with each role defined by increasing levels of responsibility, complexity, and expected experience. Each category provides specific expectations for job performance, including tasks such as procurement analysis, logistics workflow enhancement, inventory management, data compilation, and administrative support.
The related federal contract opportunity is a Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information (RFI) for FY26 Management Analysis Support Services for USAMMA Logistics, issued by the Department of the Army Medical Command. The RFI seeks to conduct market research on industry capabilities, with respondents required to provide company details, SBA socio-economic classifications, and a maximum six-page response in MS Word or PDF format. This is a preliminary market research effort and not an actual solicitation, meaning responses will not result in a direct contract award but will help shape potential future procurement strategies.
