The solicitation (Number 15B30325Q00000018) is for quarterly kosher and common fare food items, restricted to 100% small businesses, with delivery scheduled for October 1, 2025, to the Edgefield facility. The government intends to make an all-or-none award for kosher meals and potentially multiple awards for remaining items, with award criteria considering past performance and price equally.
Vendors must submit quotes by August 20, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST, including a religious certification letter, USDA inspection certification, DUNS and UEI numbers, and proof of System for Award Management (SAM) registration. The solicitation will be posted on Beta.SAM.gov on August 5, 2025, with all future acquisition information distributed through that site. Quotes should be emailed to Sammie Rhodes at s1rhodes@bop.gov, and vendors are warned that failure to meet quoted prices or specifications may result in disqualification from future quarterly solicitations.
