This is a Request for Information. This is NOT an order. Responses are due Not Later Than 23 November 2015 by 3:00 p.m. local KC time via email. Late responses will not be accepted. This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in any way. Send questions to stephanie.witt@fema.dhs.gov by Friday, November 23 at 3:00 pm.
FEMA intends to use the responses provided to identify potential sources for copier services.

FAR 52.226-4 Notice of Disaster or Emergency Area Set-Aside (Nov 2007)
(a) Set-aside area. Offers are solicited only from businesses residing or primarily doing business in the following State of Missouri counties: Adair, Andrew, Atchison, Audrain, Barry, Bates, Benton, Buchanan, Caldwell, Chariton, Christian, Clark, Clay, Clinton, Cole, Crawford, Dade, Dallas, Daviess, DeKalb, Douglas, Gentry, Harrison, Henry, Hickory, Holt, Jefferson, Johnson, Knox, Laclede, Lafayette, Lewis, Lincoln, Linn, Livingston, McDonald, Macon, Maries, Marion, Miller, Moniteau, Monroe, Montgomery, Morgan, Osage, Ozark, Perry, Pettis, Pike, Platte, Polk, Putnam, Ralls, Ray, Ste. Genevieve, Saline, Schuyler, Scotland, Shannon, Shelby, Stone, Sullivan, Taney, Texas, Washington, Webster, Worth, and Wright. Offers received from other businesses shall not be considered.
(b) This set-aside is in addition to any small business set-aside contained in this contract.

FAR 52.217-6. Option for Increased Quantity (MAR 1989)
The Government may increase the quantity of supplies called for in the Schedule at the unit price specified. The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor within 1 day prior to award or up to 60 days after award. Delivery of the added items shall continue at the same rate as the like items called for under the contract, unless the parties otherwise agree.

The Government reserves the right to decrease quantities based upon availability of funds per FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (APR 1984)

Copier Rental and Service contract for four (one in each location) combined high speed copier scanner, printer, networking, memory, hard drive, stapling, collating, duplexing, sorting and document feeder capabilities. Service to include: toner cartridges, staplers, service repairs, 10,000 hard copies per month, hard copy instructions, demonstration upon delivery, set-up, purchase of hard-drive and pick-up of unit within 5 days of termination or conclusion of lease.
Each
Hard Drives: FEMA requests purchase and removal of used hard drives from leased machines and delivered to the FEMA POC upon completion of the contract.
