About this file
This document is a Statement of Objectives (SOO) for a K9 Temporary Facility at Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska. The government is seeking a 1-year lease of a 12' by 52' temporary kennel facility to house 6-8 military working dogs during construction of the permanent kennel facility. The SOO outlines detailed performance requirements for the temporary facility, including specifications for the floor, walls, ceiling, roof, electrical system, lighting, heating, and dog pens.
The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice for vendors with the capability to provide the K9 Temporary Kennels. The government is conducting market research and seeking feedback on the draft SOO, as well as company information such as business size, NAICS code, and CAGE/UEI codes. This is not an actual solicitation, and the government is not committing to issuing a solicitation or awarding a contract at this time.
