About this file

This document is a Justification for Sole Source (Simplified Acquisitions) for NAVSUP Headquarters, seeking digital downloads of two Pearson Education culinary reference textbooks for Navy food service personnel. The specific titles are "On Cooking, A Textbook of Culinary Fundamentals, 7th Edition" (QTY 700) and "On Baking, A Textbook of Baking and Pastry Fundamentals, 4th Edition", which are required for Culinary Specialist advancement studies and performance duties. Pearson Education is identified as the sole source provider, with no authorized resellers, and the required delivery date for the eBooks is 1 August 2025.
