About this file
This document is a Limited Source/Brand Name Justification under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for a simplified acquisition. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) requires the development of an Integration Service to integrate the RFTrack software platform with the Remedy system. The integration will involve the development of web API methods and processes to push and pull data between the two systems, which can only be provided by inLogic, the proprietary developer of RFTrack. The USDA previously worked with an 8(a) company, Freedom Interiors, but they are no longer in the program. The USDA reached out to inLogic, but they do not partner with resellers. The justification recommends inLogic as the sole source for this $20,790 requirement with a 12-month period of performance.
