TextField1: Retirement and Benefits Software used to calculate retirement estimates, deposit amounts due, service computation dates, prepare the necessary forms for retirement packages to the Office of Personnel Management (OPM )as well as benefits forms such as designation of beneficiary and insurance forms.
TextField1: To change this software product would require an extensive amount of administrative work hours to input all of the employee data that is already in the system we currently use into a new system. Our office has been working for several years to input all of our employee’s personal information, work history, salary information. In addition, we have saved/stored many estimates, completed forms, and other important data in the current system. A change to different software would cause us to lose all the current data and start with zero in a new system. Changing vendors would be very costly for the administrative hours to input all of the data into a new/different vendor system.
TextField1: The Commission is aware of other retirement software programs offered in the marketplace. If, in the future competing this requirement is determined to be in the best interest of the Government, the Commission will then evaluate the circumstances and compete this requirement.
